Where's the best place to host DNS?

Anyone have any experience of dedicated DNS hosting providers? I'm looking for a host with servers in multiple countries, with an access panel that gives me full control. Shouldn't be too hard, but after 15 minutes of googling I haven't found anyone who I've heard of before.

You should look at DnsMadeEasy. Works good for us but not sure if it accomplish what you are looking for.

Check 1and1 hosting, I think they do have this, not 100% sure. I only use their dedicated servers for hosting.

Definitely UltraDNS :)

I'd have to ditto dnsmadeeasy. Great web interface for management. UltraDNS might be worth a second look, their pricing got a lot less convoluted around the time they were renamed Neustar.biz... Now it's just their brand that's convoluted!
